This is a recipe that I picked up from a friend of mine who is a chef and was always experimenting with different flavors of cheese. It’s a great summer cheese dish and one that’s perfect for any meal.

You just boil your cheddar, cream cheese, and parmesan for 15 minutes, stirring often, until they’re a nice melted consistency. It’ll still be a good thing to add a little flour to the final dish for a bit of flavor.
