The guide suggests to eat everything you can that’s good for you. This includes all the foods you enjoy eating, all the foods your family has eaten, and even the foods that your spouse cooks for you. The idea is that you’ll have a much healthier diet and a lot less food to worry about.
The only problem is that Dont Eat Guide and Dont Stop Eating Guide have become fairly controversial. Some people think the guides are actually advice, rather than a way to starve yourself. But what people don’t realize is that the guides are a way for you to learn how to survive the long road to success, not a way to starve yourself.

I don’t put it that way, but most of the time it’s enough to get a sense of what a guide is, which is why I’m always trying to figure out it when my guides are trying to eat. I feel that if I put that word in a book, it makes me think differently. This book is a book of words, not a book of food. If you want to eat it, it’s a book.

The fact is that the only way to eat well is to eat wisely. The good nutrition that you get from eating well allows you to perform at your peak. If you neglect to eat wisely, it will lead to failure.
