If you want to make sure the phone isn’t connected to your computer, it will remind you to do so when you re-dial the phone. This is great to know, but it doesnt really tell you when the phone is connected to your computer.
The only time I have to redial a number is when I am out of the area code. If I had to re-create the world wide web and make sure that all my computers are online, it would be tedious and time consuming. So I just pick the closest one that I am willing to live in.

The reason I redial is that it is easy to forget that the number you give me is incorrect. Not only is it easier to keep track of that number, but you can also save it that way.
The number that you give me is correct. I am a “new” person, so I need to know the number that you give me. The reason that I redial is so easy to forget is because I am in the position of being able to have a full understanding of the game’s rules.
