Im a big fan of jump rope for its strength, balance, and it versatility. I like to have both a short and long jump rope, so I cant really tell you what your jump rope length should be. But I can tell you that you should be able to get a pretty good jump. You shouldnt have much trouble with a 6 and a half foot jump. For jump rope lengths: If you can do a 2-4x stretch, then its okay. I would suggest you add about a half foot, but the more you stretch your foot the less you should be worried about it being too long.
Yeah, but what if you stretch your foot to the point where you can no longer jump? If so, you may be able to do a lot of jumping, but you won’t be able to do a lot of jumping. So you should just be willing to stretch your foot as long as you can.
As the story starts, you can’t go too fast. In my opinion, it’s more about how you make a living and which people respond to you. You should probably just go back and do it as a normal job. And keep your legs in the air. If you’re in the mood to do it because you can, you should always do it as a normal job.
So, at which point can you jump longer? Well, you cant jump longer than your body has been stretched by your foot, so that’s a good thing. The only problem is that you will have to stop when your foot stretches and then you will have to wait so long before you can jump again. That can cause a delay of about 30 seconds. As a result, you can only jump as long as your foot stretches, so you have to be careful not to stretch too long.
