This breakfast is simple to make and is a meal you can make for any time of day. The eggs are scrambled straight from the fridge. The toast is made from whole wheat bread and is topped with a homemade blueberry spread. The eggs, along with the Blueberry spread, are fresh and made me feel like I ate breakfast already.

Like most mornings, I like to start off my mornings with a bowl of blueberry oatmeal and a bowl of fruit, and then I like to put on my favorite meditation app and go about my day without thinking about food. However, I’m still trying to find that balance for me and I think I need a little less food as the day progresses.
I am not a fan of blueberry oatmeal, but I do appreciate the concept of eating breakfast when I feel like it. However, I think it is important to have a few meals that are not overly processed and are still nourishing. That being said, I do think some of the best meals are ones that are light and nutrient-rich, not heavy and caloric. If I have a good breakfast, I just like the way it tastes.
