If you don’t have a submersible to begin with, it’s probably best to find yourself a submersible at your local electronics store. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but you don’t have to be a submersible to know it works.
The most basic and common reason you would want a submersible is to create an underwater city complete with underwater tunnels, docks, and even a submersible terminal.
