I am a big believer that the more we spend our time in the present moment, the more we grow to see the world in a new way. Most of us do this by taking time to just be, to reflect, to create, to explore, to learn, to connect, and to be present. That’s what I did this past academic week with our channel guide, which is the only place where I’m allowed to blog.
You can only spend so much time in the here and now and then, and then the world just goes on. But the truth is that there is always something else, and we tend to lose sight of it.
That’s why it’s important to learn to be present. Because when we lose sight of the here and now, or when we’re busy taking a break from the here and now to get to the next thing, we forget the most important part of who we are. The here and now is not the only part of who we are, so let’s just make sure we’re always on the lookout for the here and now. Here. And now.
To be a good presence, we need to make sure we are always in the here and now. A good presence is not just a presence, it is a presence that is aware of what we are doing in the here and now. If we are not always in the here and now, we are not a good presence.
If we are on autopilot and instead of making things better, we are just constantly doing the same things, we are not a good presence. A good presence is not the same as a good person, but it is a presence that is not just in the moment, but a presence that is always in the here and now.
